Opportunity Overview

SD Solutions is seeking Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to identify, attract, and retain top-tier talent in support of federal contracts. You will collaborate with Program Managers, Hiring Managers, and Human Resources to develop effective sourcing strategies, optimize recruiting processes, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the recruitment process from requisition to hire, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.

· Partner with Program Managers and Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs, develop position requirements, and design effective job descriptions.

· Develop and execute sourcing strategies to proactively build diverse talent pipelines using direct sourcing, internal recruitment, job boards, social media, and professional networks.

· Track, analyze, and report on staffing updates using Recruiting Tracker tools, Excel, and iSolve to provide accurate and timely insights.

· Drive continuous improvement in the hiring process, focusing on efficiency, compliance, and candidate experience.

· Facilitate regular strategy meetings with cross-functional teams to align on sourcing approaches, staffing SOPs, and recruitment best practices.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

· 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

· Proven success in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies for specialized roles

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

· Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel.

· Experience supporting federal contracts and/or working in a government contracting environment preferred.

Clearance, Citizenship, and Work Location

· Must be U.S. citizen.

· Location: Remote, Washington, D.C.
